Scope of AS 4000 Training

Our live training sessions are designed around four core modules:

  • Contract Strategy
  • How to prepare an AS 4000 Contract
  • How to administer an AS 4000 Contract
  • Defaults, remedies and disputes

Because AS 4000 contracts are rarely used in their unamended form, these sessions will look at common amendments. The discussion will canvass different contracts within the AS 4000 suite, with a focus on AS 4000 and AS 4902.

Our Half-Day Workshop will cover all four modules, weighted according to your preferred areas of focus. We will contact you before the session to confirm your needs and to learn more about the types of contracts and issues you are facing. If you prefer a one hour session, only one of the four core modules will be covered (as chosen by you).
