Contracts Training Packages and Ongoing Contract Support
Take your company's approach to contracts to the next level with flexible training and support options focused specifically on construction contracts.
Contracting Essentials Workshop
A half day workshop, designed to ensure your team is across the fundamentals of construction contracting.
Designed around 4 core modules, this training is based on the AS 4000 suite of contracts, being the most commonly used form of construction contract in Australia.
Our half day workshops can be delivered at your premises or online, whichever you prefer.
Extension Workshops
These workshops are designed for people who are responsible for reviewing contracts and making strategic decisions about what is (and is not) an acceptable risk.
These workshops will help you streamline your contracting processes by sharpening your team's technical expertise and by refining your internal processes for identifying and managing contractual risks.
Ongoing Training & Support
Regular check-ins, at a frequency chosen by you, to ensure your contractual risk management framework is working.
Sessions can be structured to accommodate contract spot checks, team Q&A, legal updates and process improvements.
This ongoing support is only available for companies that have completed a half-day Contracting Essentials Workshop and one of our Extension Workshops.
